Today we’re sharing a selection of wedding cards we’ve gathered and that, as graphic designers, we’ve fallen for.
At an occasion as special as a wedding, good invitation cards are a must. The style and creativity of the cards play a key part in conveying to guests the effort that has gone into organising the event, and in sharing all the details in an original, elegant way.

Here are the wedding cards we’ve picked:

This wonderfully original wedding card comes inside a bottle with foil stamping rather than an envelope. We loved it!

This creative wedding card is designed so the couple themselves could personalise each one by punching out the circles to make drawings and shapes as they pleased. Made by Caja de Tipos.

This wedding invitation has a busier style than the previous ones, though it’s still elegant. The gold foil stamping combined with the textures of the stocks used works beautifully.

This wedding invitation card comes with a balloon; blow it up and you see the wedding date along with the website to visit for more information.

Like the previous wedding card, this one also sets out to interact with guests. To see all the details you have to put on the 3D glasses included with the wedding invitation itself.

A wedding card we can turn into a tent with a bit of simple folding. The use of space and typefaces alongside the shapes is especially well handled.

This last card tells the couple’s story as an infographic as well as inviting you to the wedding. Using different typefaces and different type sizes, the whole thing adds up to a very lovely wedding card.
